Belle Cosplay

Belle cosplay gown! Pattern by ME!!! All credit for the sewing goes to ! She's great at putting my original creations together!
This ball gown took about 36 yards of fabric (26 yards of chiffon, 7 yards of satin and three yards of brocade). And we bought a 50 yard bolt of tulle for the fluffy petticoat we still need to make (t'will add poofyness).
The mask I confess I had to use a plain base for but all embellishment credit goes to me (1. airbrushed gold 2. chiffon covering 3. gold lace 4. Swarovski crystals 5. store bought rose embellishments).
The Bodice has boning in it to make it look and feel more like a corset when it's worn. Cool hu?
The hoop skirt was also made from scratch by us. It took 60 feet of sprinkler hose and 60 feet of bridal ribbon (That stuff is strong...0.0).
We also made the slip (of which you can see a bit of in the back view) out of cheap costume satin (which I will only use for undergarments...I hate when people use that shiny stuff to make cosplays out of) and lots of lace!
*Phew* I think that's it...
